Stages of development

December 1993 – foundation of the company. Centralized supply of industrial and transport enterprises with rolling bearings.

1994 – the company becomes official distributor of Sweden concern SKF, the world leader in manufacturing of bearing products. In development process SKF became the company of industrial solutions, using its unique knowledge, accumulated in five spheres. These spheres as well as bearings, bearing assemblies and seals cover lubricating products and systems, mechatronic units, thus integrating knowledge from mechanical and electronic fields both into more efficient linear motion systems and bearings with sensors built in along with wide range of services from making projects and managing reserves to equipment condition monitoring and building reliability systems. They are making production, which has unique characteristics and no analogues in range of other manufacturers.

1999 – the company becomes official distributor of Optibelt GmbH, German manufacturer driving belts whose wide range of production is notable for optimum relationship of price and quality.

2005 – the company becomes authorized distributor of Henkel Loctite, the world leader at high-tech industrial glues, sealing products, joint sealants and surface treatment compositions.

2005 – the company becomes authorized distributor of Taerosol, leading manufacturer of technical aerosols PRF.

2006 – the company becomes authorized distributer of OKS, German manufacturer of special lubricating materials and technical chemical products.

2006 – the company becomes Firestone official distributor, the North American manufacturer of vibration isolators and air springs.

2007 – the company becomes official distributor of Cooper, English manufacturer of split roller bearings.

2007 – the company becomes official distributor of Pacific Bearing Company, North American manufacturer of linear motion and rotary systems with sliding bearings.

2009 – the company becomes official distributor of Tsubaki, Japanese manufacturer of drive chains.

2010 – the company becomes authorized distributor Exair, an American manufacturer of systems that use compressed air for blowing, cleaning, cooling, and static electricity.

2012 год – the company becomes authorized distributor KTR, German manufacturer couplings and hydraulic components.
